Over the years, Riverside Networks founder and team members have seen tons of point of sale literature and pre approach letters come through the post.

But we continue to be surprised at some of the content that is received. First impressions is key, for getting that first introductory message across and inducing a potential customer to bite.

We so often see elementary spelling mistakes in letters, themes or design that is not relevant or suitable for the type of industry model the business is in. But lastly, the biggest failing is not clearly impacting in the first few lines why the business is writing to the potential customer and giving good clear reason why he or she should read on.
