Who Directory has been created for the above mentioned reasons in the
summary set out above, it has been a great disappointment since 1998
where software was developed to automatically submit web sites to the
search engines.

But the problem was again money, if you could afford to buy the
software. You could submit whatever type of web site you wished. Some
listings were extreme, completely mad, adult content or absolutely
offensive.

In the past ten years, the major and peripheral search engines failed
to address these problems as a foremost priority. At a cost to the
World Wide Web as a community for services, education and interests. It
had been tarnished and was becoming recognized as an on-line community
of danger.

The World Wide Web, without doubt is the most significant breakthrough
in modern day history. It enables citizens from all parts of the World
to share their thoughts, ideas and make friends. With the coming down
of borders and the freedom to communicate even in the darkest and most

the World Wide Web, many of whom are parents. We then seek out the
proposed web sites, evaluate them individually and then determine
suitability and entry.

As we are not financially driven or dependent upon profit, the service
is a level playing field for all and inclusion to the 'Who's Who Web Directory' is
free! If a web master enthusiast builds a personal web site on how to
collect and maintain lead painted soldiers. His or She's web site will
be listed on the merits of it being informative and topical of special
interest.
If for example a World Car manufacturer seeks inclusion, but it's site
is full of pop up ads and misleading content. It will not be included
at any cost!!!
As mentioned, the service is
humanly edited and researched to diminish the fundamental flaws that
have arisen, through irresponsible program development and from
