The thought
of Health and Safety can be a daunting one to most businesses and
conjures up a mass of regulation and rules that can impede a business

This is so far from the truth and one of the biggest myths. By applying

The first beta program installed for a small engineering company, whose
turnover amounted to around £200,000 gross per annum. Was able to
expand and compete for larger orders with companies that was just a
distant dream. The same company today in less than 5 years, turnovers

must be Health and Safety compliant as set into law by the State and
enforced by the Health and Safety Executive.
For the past three years business has been given significant latitude
to implement a system before it became enforceable. The failing to
adhere to the Health and Safety Executive is treated extremely
seriously, Directors and owners that have flouted the regulations have
experienced the full arm of the law in these matters and sentenced to
imprisonment.
