A Publishing and Mail Order Background
We know a thing or two about marketing and advertising, before the
World Wide Web. One of the founders first businesses was in mail order
that exported products to more than 5 continents. Catalogue production
and advertising was on an enormous scale. The norm in advertising was
between a 4 - 8 page display advertisements in targeted publications
and certain targeted months, running these campaigns in as many as 30
publications. Plus many of the National Newspapers.
Novel Ideas and Marketing Solutions
Coupled to the advertising was various promotional forms, some were a
first and unique. Marketing ranged from radio programmes on product
advice, to editorial, charity, promotional prizes to the House of
Lords, sporting events, technical advising, advertorial, joint
marketing, name association branding and the list went on.
No Silver Spoons In Our Mouths
The most pertinent and essential factor was that the founders first
business was established on a welfare check of around $38.00. So as
early as the 1980's, he was very street sharp and fully conversant with
what could only be described as the very big league in advertising and
marketing.
The Internet A Different Level of Advertising
The Internet in advertising is another level entirely and over the
years with search engine optimization and target advertising we have
made it almost into a science. To provide some parity, if you take the
conventional publishing World of Advertising as a sea of Barracuda. The
Internet is shark infested waters with a few million Killer Whales
thrown in.
To try and successfully advertise on the Internet without knowing the
industry sector, is no different than throwing a million pounds on a
fire. There is a slight difference here though. The fire will keep you
warm for a few minutes.
Cautious Perpetual Marketing and Advertising
In this present climate, the biggest mistake is to throw money at the
industry in advertising to try and maintain some form of continued
production. But in times like this, the secret to successful
advertising is long term planning with a down sized smaller advertising
that is seen regularly, week in and week out, that will not financially
impact substantially on the business. But the small regular advertising
will be digested by the viewer subconsciously.
Surviving The Dot.Com Crash and Again Today
Since 1994 the founder has been involved with the World Wide Web and
successfully pulled through on-line businesses when we experienced the
dot.com crash. He was also one of the first developers of localized
netscape browser software for the United Kingdom and also customized
Microsoft's Internet Explorer. He was pro-active designing banner
advertising and marketing on the World Wide Web, way before most people
had ever heard of the net. His knowledge and skills have been passed on
to the team members today, to deliver the best in on and off-line
marketing and advertising.

We work with the client closely and explore the objective, we crunch
data, facts and stats to identify the most productive areas for maximum
impact. We are continually aware of costs and are brutal in brow
beating our publishers for better advertising rates and positioning.
